1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The cabinets are unassembled and remain in their original packaging.

• The product is in its original, unused condition, free from damage or alteration.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• Cabinets that have been assembled, partially assembled, or removed from their original packaging.

• Custom or special-order items.

• Products damaged due to improper handling or installation by the customer.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the product in its packaging to verify its condition.

3. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

4. Return Shipping
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any packaging materials needed to ensure the safe return of the product.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
